    • Brazil

Take almost 7,000 technology addicts and mix them with 10,000 computing devices, numerous applications, 10 simultaneous sessions and 5,000 tents - all within one big exhibition hall. That's what Gareth Mitchell went to experience at the annual Campus Party, held this year in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Also, could the photos you take for fun actually be worth something? Many amateur snappers are now making money by selling their shots online. In fact it's getting so popular the professionals are starting to complain. Dan Simmons looks at some new shortcuts to cashing in.

    • Hackers

This week Click meets the hackers who have cracked the mobile phone network - so just who is listening into your calls?

Television and laptop makers are trying to make 3D displays which can be watched without wearing 3D glasses - the thought being that the glasses may put a lot of people off 3D TV in the home. But there are rumblings which suggest that 3D may have bigger problems - with holographic TV planned to be its successor. On a holo-TV, images will be projected into the middle of a room as a "cloud" that can be viewed from every angle without 3D glasses, and manufacturers hope they could go on sale in 2012. Spencer Kelly takes a look at an early prototype.

    • Mobile World Congress, Barcelona

Mobile World Congress in Barcelona shows off the best the mobile industry has to offer each year. Dan Simmons had a look at some of the innovations consumers can expect in the coming year - from 3D mobiles to being able to sync your handset to your home.

Near-field communication (NFC) could be the breakthrough technology of 2011, some analysts predict. NFC allows for a wide variety of data transfers over a short distance, and is currently most frequently used to take mobile payments. Simmons reports on how manufacturers are looking to capitalise on the technology already in use by Google and Nokia, and rumoured to be a feature on Apple's next incarnation of the iPhone.

Kate Russell looks at digital cameras and how to fine tune your fine art photography, also a little something from the golden age of radio, in Webscape.
